Privacy policy

This explains what MiniCrow, operated by SGA UNFILTERED (a partnership registered in India, GSTIN 22AGAFS3590F1Z5, trading as Tiles Factory), which operates MiniCrow, keeps when you use the service, and what it does not.

What we do not keep

We do not store the content of your requests or the responses. Not your prompts, not the audio you send for transcription, not the text we speak, not the video you upload, and not what any model returns. It passes through memory and is gone. There is no column in our database that could hold it.

• We do not train models on anything you send.
• We do not read your requests, and there is no support tool that could show them to us.
• We do not sell or share your data with anyone for advertising.

What we do keep

• Your account: the email address you signed up with, a hash of your password, and the answers you gave when you signed up (whether the account is for you or an organisation, where you heard about us, what you want to build).
• Your keys: a hash of each API key, never the key itself, plus the name you gave it and when it was last used.
• A record of each call: the time, which model and mode served it, how many tokens went in and out, how long it took, what it cost you, and whether it succeeded. Counts and timings, never content.
• Your money: credit added, credit spent, and the payment references you or your bank gave us.
• Sign-in attempts, with the address they came from, so we can stop somebody guessing your password.

Who else sees it

• Model providers. Your request is sent to whichever provider serves the model you called, so that it can be answered. They are bound by their own terms; we do not send them your identity, only the request.
• Our payment gateway, when you pay by card or UPI. We never see or store your card details — they go straight to the gateway.
• Nobody else, unless the law requires it of us.

Where it lives, and for how long

Everything is stored on servers in India. Call records are kept for as long as your account exists, because they are what your invoices are built from. Sign-in attempts are kept for a short window and then age out.

Your choices

• You can see everything we hold about your usage in your dashboard, at any time.
• You can revoke any key immediately.
• You can ask us to close your account and delete your personal details — write to privacy@minicrow.com. We keep the financial record of what was paid, because tax law requires us to.
