Terms of service

These terms govern your use of MiniCrow, an API for language, speech, video and retrieval models operated by SGA UNFILTERED (a partnership registered in India, GSTIN 22AGAFS3590F1Z5, trading as Tiles Factory), which operates MiniCrow (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

MiniCrow exposes a set of models through an OpenAI-compatible HTTP API. You call it with an API key you create in your dashboard. What each model does, and what each costs, is published at GET /v1/models and on our pricing page.

• A model listed as unavailable will refuse your call and cost you nothing. We do not silently substitute a different model for the one you asked for.
• Where you ask for :auto, we choose a mode for you by published rules and tell you which we chose, in the response.
• We may add models, change prices, and retire lanes. A price change applies to calls made after it takes effect, never to credit you have already spent.

Your account

• You are responsible for what your API keys do. Treat them as passwords; revoke one you have leaked.
• One person or organisation per account. Do not resell access without asking us first.
• We may suspend an account that is being used for anything illegal, that attempts to break or overload the service, or that has an unpaid balance owed to us. We will tell you why.

Credit and payment

• MiniCrow is prepaid. You add credit, and each call subtracts what it cost. A call is refused before it reaches a model if the balance would not cover it, so you cannot go into debt by accident.
• Credit is denominated in Indian rupees and has no cash value outside the service.
• Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

What you send us

You keep every right you have in what you send and in what the models return to you. We do not train models on your requests. We do not store the content of your prompts, your audio or your responses — see the privacy policy for exactly what we do keep.

You are responsible for having the right to send us what you send, and for how you use what comes back. Models make mistakes; do not use MiniCrow as the only check on a decision that matters.

What you are buying, and when you get it

• Credit is delivered immediately. A card or UPI payment credits the account as soon as the gateway confirms it; a bank transfer credits it once we have matched it against our statement, usually the same working day.
• There is nothing to ship. This is an API: the service is available the moment you have credit and a key, from anywhere, at any hour.
• Prices are in Indian rupees and are published per model at GET /v1/models and on our pricing page. Taxes, where they apply, are charged in addition and shown on the invoice.

Availability

We do not offer an uptime guarantee today. We publish the health of the service and we tell you when a lane is unavailable rather than failing quietly. If you need a written service level, get in touch.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the credit you have spent with us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes and law

We may change these terms; material changes will be announced in the dashboard before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Korba, Chhattisgarh have exclusive jurisdiction.
